Group Deliveries refer to subsidized batch deliveries that are organized into clusters by zones and are usually held on every Friday or Thursday if Friday is a public holiday.
For deliveries on days other than our group delivery day, please order from our delivery partners HERE or contact us for Personal Courier arrangements.
Group Delivery Costs (after nett promo prices of Brews ONLY , workshop sign ups do not apply):
$10 for Orders below $65
$7 for Orders $65-97.4
$5 for Orders $97.5-$107.9
Free for Orders $108 and above*
*Orders consisting of brews and workshops will be fulfilled for pickup on the workshop date.
** Kindly note that workshop sign ups do not count towards free delivery.

What to Expect if You Ordered Kombucha and Kefir:
Place all orders by Thur 6pm to receive Group Deliveries on Friday.
Delivery and Pickup orders placed after the deadline cutoff will be fulfilled the next week Friday
Non-beverage items are shipped using Standard mail (unregistered) and are likely to reach in 1-7 business days.
On the delivery day, the courier will give you a text or call 5-30 min before arriving to give a heads up. Please be mindful to pick up your phone.
If you will not be around, you can let the courier know where to leave your order. If you have a cooler box/bag you may instruct the delivery person to place the brews inside. If you do not have a cooler bag/box, the brews are fermented at room temperature and are forgiving for a few hours unrefrigerated.
Upon Receiving, please store in the fridge immediately.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your order can be delivered, even if you are not around:
Scenario 1: If you wish for someone to be around/change addresses, please make arrangements ahead of time at least one day before by contacting us immediately. We can also leave your order at a designated place if you will not be around. *Please note that if there is no one to sign off on the proof of delivery AND the order goes missing, Craft & Culture is not liable for damages for replacements.*
Scenario 2: All delivery addresses have to be entered correctly and all apartments need to have unit numbers on them. If you are leaving your package at an office, residence security guard, please ensure that they can accept packages on your behalf
Scenario 3: We respect the right to deny any last minute changes on the day of delivery. For example, delivery addresses cannot be changed when:-the courier has reached your original destination already-it is on the delivery day / 1-4 hours before delivery.
If your delivery cannot be delivered due to no mistake of ours, we seek your kind understanding on re-delivery charges, even for orders that have qualified for free delivery previously.
For example, if our drivers are unable to access the location indicated in your address in the case of condominiums with private elevator access etc

We sometimes make mistakes but will try our best to rectify them. Do be patient with us when this happens.
Our couriers are unable to wait 5/10/15 min for your return or come back another time as they have to continue with their planned routes and time is money.
No verbal abuse or yelling. While we value your business, we value our staff even more. We respect the right to cancel your order and refuse service to customers who are verbally abusive. Our staff have been yelled at because customers did not hear or answer their phone, their domestic helpers did not hear the door bell etc. These conditions are out of their control and we ask for your understanding.
