For changes to your order (for example flavour change etc), please notify us latest by Wednesday at 12 midnight. Our production days are on Thursdays so if your request arrives after Wednesday, we may not be able to fulfill your request in time for Friday deliveries
Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirmation with details on your order and delivery/pickup information. We will not be contacting you on your phone unless there is information we require.
As fermentation takes time to occur and our drinks are made fresh in small batches,
We only take in Pre-orders and may not be able to accommodate last minute or immediate orders.
Deliveries are on Fridays every week (subject to changes)
For orders that are placed before Wednesday 12 midnight(GMT+8), delivery will be made on the Friday of the same week.For orders received after the cutoff time, delivery will be made on the following Friday. We sometimes delivery past the cut off day if we made extras. We occasionally deliver on other days based on volume. Contact us for arrangements.

Pickups are only available for
orders of minimum 4 bottles
on designated days and times only. **We are unable to fulfill personal requests for date or time changes outside the provided range. For other time preferences please select home delivery.
There are no pick ups on Public Holidays
**We allow a one-time reschedule of pickups.
**All No Shows (with no communications/last minute cancellations) are subject to a 50% restocking fee with 50% of the order price refunded as we make our brews fresh; not turning up means we incur losses having to replace the brews.

You may select either theBefore 5pm or After 5 pmoption. We use an external courier company so we cannot deliver or advise on specific timings. We have arranged for our delivery person to give you a text or call before they arrive
Q: I selected Before/After 5 pm Delivery. Can you deliver at 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8 pm? A: We cannot confirm your delivery time beyond before/after 5 as our courier plans and optimizes his/her routes and there are likely traffic congestiondepending on the time. For specific timings, you are welcome to use your own third party couriers like Lalamove or GogoVan. Message us for this option
Q: Do you provide ice packs or cooler bags? A: We do not provide ice packs or cooler bags. As we brew all kombuchas and kefirs at room temperature, they are forgiving at room temperature for several hours but need to be chilled in the fridge thereafter. For storage, they can be kept in the fridge for up to a month
Q: I am not home in time for my delivery. What should I do? A: The brews are fermented at room temperature and are perfectly ok for a few hours at room temperature without a cooler bag or ice packs as long as you store it chilled in the fridge thereafter. You can reply to our delivery guy to leave it at your neighbour's, or leave it at your door step or arrange for a store pickup (specific timing).
For beverage orders of less than $120, delivery charges apply, depending on the weight and delivery address.
Courier delivery charges for 1-10 bottles or less is about $12 but can change depending on zipcode.
Non-beverage items are shipped using Standard mail and are likely to reach in 1-3 business days.
For orders less than $35, we charge a flat rate of $3.50 per skincare order.

Exchange & Return Policy
As our beverages contain live cultures, please be aware that slight differences in taste and colour are possible, subject to our climate.
Please refer to cases below (not limiting) that we do not exchange or refund for.
Case 1: Everyone's threshold of tartness is different and what may seem tart to some, is not for others.
We do not refund or exchange brews based on sour tastes as all bottles are prepared fresh in our kitchen, with stringent taste/quality guidelines and stored in temperature-controlled conditions before delivery. After being chilled, our brews are stable at room temperature for several hours which is why we are able to delivery our brews without cold trucks or ice packs.
We recommend that if you find our brews too tart, to dilute with water for kombucha or milk for milk kefir to taste.
Case 2: Color differences in Brews like Rose or Blueberry Milk Kefir for example.
We do not refund or make exchanges based on colour. Our bacteria are live and have moods, so the same batch of rose milk kefir might be pink or perhaps white. Until now, we have yet to solve the color mystery but one thing remains for certain--The taste remains the same!
Case 3: The bottle/cap is bulging.
Not to worry, it's not an indicator that the brews have gone bad. When fermentation occurs, natural acids are produced, lowering the pH. This acidic environment inhibits the growth of harmful microbes and mould from forming. Our brews also contain live cultures that respire, creating gases. These gases saturate the brews and cause natural carbonation! If you see caps that are bulging, make sure you pop the bottle into the fridge and chill it well before opening for a zesty, carbonated brew! Never open bulging bottles at room temperature as they will likely overflow.
Case 4: There is some chia on the outside of the bottle
Our production team fills chia by hand and due to static, there may be cases where there is some chia seed that remain on the bottle surface while filling. While we do quality checks, we might sometimes miss some stray seeds. This is not an indicator of a leak or that the brews are not safe to consume. When fermentation occurs, natural acids are produced, lowering the pH. This acidic environment inhibits the growth of harmful microbes and mould from forming.
Unless grossly misrepresented or errors were incurred on our part, all sales are final. That being said, please feel free to let us know if you have an issue and we’ll be more than happy to resolve them.
Natural Skin Care Products
We use natural materials in all formulations and organic produce when possible. Before using our natural skin care products, please perform a patch test on your skin and wait 24 hours before full application. If any irritation occurs, rinse generously with water and discontinue use. Storage: How long do your products last?
Kombucha and Milk Kefir:
We advise for our brews to be consumed within a month of being stored in the fridge. Both Kombuchas and Milk kefirs don’t typically “turn bad” when kept for a while. The organic acids produced by our happy bacteria create a low pH environment that is unsuitable for harmful bacteria or mold when kept in closed, clean conditions.
*Kombucha Tip*-Leave your booch out at room temperature for a few days and if the bottle cap is tight upon pressing the top, you've got yourself a healthy fizzy beverage! But make sure to chill and store in the fridge immediately. Messy Kombucha explosions have been known to occur when the bottles are left for extended periods of time at room temperature!
Natural Skin Care:
We create our products in small batches and use natural preservatives, for example fermentation bacteria like Lactobacillus (How cool is that?). We do not encourage the use of our products after more than 12 months after purchase. More “Use By” details are available on product containers and pages. Candida Die-off Effects

If your gut health isn’t optimal, sometimes when you first start consuming milk kefir or kombucha, you may experience the “Candida Die-Off”. This happens when you introduce probiotics into your body and yeast cells are rapidly killed, a die-off (or Herxheimer reaction) occurs and metabolic by-products are released into the body.
The Candida yeast cells actually release 79 different toxins when they die, including ethanol and acetaldehyde. These toxins cause allergic reactions and inflammation that lead to an array of undesirable symptoms.
Die-Off symptoms will vary from person to person, as each will have different degrees of infestation. If you are having severe Die-Off symptoms, reduce your dosage of probiotics. The liver is your main pathway for eliminating toxins, and the Die-Off symptoms mean that it is being overwhelmed.
Here is a list of some of the symptoms you might experience during a die-off (otherwise known as a Herxheimer reaction).
Headache, fatigue, dizziness
Bloating, gas, constipation or diarrhea
Increased joint or muscle pain
Elevated heart rate
Chills, cold feeling in your extremities
Body itchiness, hives or rashes
Recurring vaginal, prostate and sinus infections
Coping with Die-Off effect These symptoms normally clear up within a week or so, but could last a little longer (so hang in there). However, there are a few things you can do to slow down this reaction or expel the toxins faster.
Reduce your dosage of probiotics.
Increase water intake to flush out the toxins faster.
If you want to feel better, all those byproducts that are released by the Candida yeast need to leave your body. You can give them a push by drinking more water.
