Rose-Chia Black Tea Kombucha

Floral and aromatic, relieves stress and black chia seeds provide fiber

Kombucha tea is a fermented drink made with tea, sugar, a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) brewed and enjoyed for 2000 years. The result can taste like something between sparkling apple cider and champagne, depending on what kind of tea you use.

As the Kombucha culture digests the sugar it produces a range of organic acids like glucuronic acid (by product is glucosamine), gluconic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid etc; vitamins, particularly B vitamins and vitamin C; as well as amino acids, enzymes. And of course there are all the benefits of the probiotic microorganisms.

Experimental Health Benefits include:

-Relieves allergies and maintains skin health
-Glucosamine is used to treat arthritis
-Regulates blood pH levels
-Maintains gut health
-detoxifies the liver
-Improves energy levels

Suggested Consumption:

To detox and reduce bloating (and potential weight loss), start your day with a bottle of Kombucha on an empty stomach. Sip in the afternoons to inhibit cravings.

Best By Dates are entirely dependent on how raw Kombuchas are stored post delivery:

  • Up to 1 day at room temperature
  • Up to 2 weeks in a 5-7 degC fridge
  • Up to 1 month in a 2-4 degC fridge

Our brews are intentionally prepared fresh and flat and are not fizzy. Please note that due to the nature of raw bacteria and yeasts, natural carbonation may be produced, even when stored in the fridge. Please open all bottles cold, do not shake violently as contents may overflow. If gas buildup occurs (distended caps), please place in a plastic bag and open with caution. For chia-seed kombuchas, discard when the bottle cap is distended as chia-seed might spray upon opening.

Ingredients: Water, black tea, Kombucha cultures, Flavours (rose), chia seeds, cane sugar

Volume: 250 ml per bottle

*SENTOSA BOTTLE DELIVERIES: There is a delivery top up for Sentosa. Please add this item to cart before checkout if you wish to deliver to Sentosa.

Please be aware that your brews are made fresh and that chia seeds may be clumpy in the bottle upon opening. They are edible wet or dry. Simply stir or shake gently to hydrate them.
