[NEW SEASONAL] Fermented Honey Kumquats no
Kumquats are small, grape-sized seasonal citrus that are available during the fall to early spring. Not only are they packed with vitamins C, minerals, antioxidants, kumquats also contain flavonoids, carotenoids and phytosterols.
Kumquat's flavonoids have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and may help protect against heart disease and cancer. Modern science shows that there are certain compounds in kumquats that support your immune system. Taking kumquats may also lower one's blood cholesterol, which is great during the CNY celebrations.
In folk medicine in some Asian countries, the kumquat has been used to treat colds, coughs and other inflammation of the respiratory tract. Not only that, it has an auspicious name called "金桔“, which sounds like "Golden Luck"!
How is Craft & Culture's Fermented Honey Ferments different?
